Do you give fixed quotes?+
Yes. Every project gets a written fixed quote with scope and timeline within one business day of our consultation. Nothing starts until you approve it.
Are there long-term contracts?+
No. Project work is a fixed price, and monthly services are month to month. You can cancel anytime, effective at the end of the current billing period.
Is ad spend included in your ads pricing?+
No. Ad spend is paid directly to Google or Meta, so you always see exactly what is spent. Our fee covers strategy, setup and ongoing management.
How does your 90-day guarantee work?+
On eligible monthly growth plans, if tracked calls and form fills have not increased by day 90, we keep working at no additional management fee until they do. Full conditions are in our Terms of Service.
Who owns the website, app or software you build?+
You do. Once the project is paid in full, you own the domain, content, design and code we create for you.
