01Agreement to these terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") apply to your use of techengineersgroup.com and to services provided by Tech Engineers Group ("TEG", "we", "us"), located at 393 Piermont Ave, Piermont, NY 10968. By using our website or engaging our services, you agree to these Terms.

If you sign a written proposal, statement of work or agreement with us, that document controls where it differs from these Terms.

02Our services

We provide website development, mobile app development, cloud software development, AI SEO, generative engine optimization (GEO), and AI-powered advertising services. The exact scope, deliverables, timeline and price for each project are set out in the proposal or quote we send you.

Information on our website, including service descriptions and starting prices, is for general guidance and is not an offer until confirmed in a written quote.

03Quotes, payment and invoices

  • Quotes are valid for 30 days unless stated otherwise.
  • Project work may require a deposit before it starts, with the balance due as set out in your proposal.
  • Monthly services are billed in advance for each billing period.
  • Invoices are due on the date shown. We may pause work on overdue accounts.
  • Advertising spend (for example Google or Meta ads), domain, hosting, app store and third-party software fees are paid by you directly or reimbursed, and are separate from our fees.

04Contracts and cancellation

Our monthly services have no long-term contract. You can cancel at any time by email; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and fees already paid are not refunded.

For fixed-price projects, if you cancel after work has started, you pay for work completed up to the cancellation date.

05Our 90-day results guarantee

On eligible monthly growth plans, if tracked calls and form submissions have not increased by day 90 compared with the baseline we measure at the start, we will continue working on your account at no additional management fee until they do. To qualify:

  • Call and form tracking must be set up and remain active from the start
  • You must keep your plan active and paid for the full 90 days
  • You must provide requested access, content and approvals on time
  • The guarantee does not cover advertising spend or third-party costs

The guarantee is our only remedy for results and does not provide a cash refund. The exact eligibility for your plan is confirmed in your proposal.

06No guarantee of specific rankings or AI answers

Search engines, AI assistants and ad platforms such as Google, ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity and Meta are controlled by third parties and change frequently. We use proven methods and report results honestly, but we cannot guarantee any specific ranking, position, AI mention, traffic level or revenue outcome, except as described in our results guarantee.

07Your responsibilities

  • Provide accurate information, content, access and timely feedback
  • Make sure content you give us (text, images, logos) is yours or properly licensed
  • Keep your own account passwords secure and tell us about changes
  • Comply with laws that apply to your business and advertising

08Ownership and intellectual property

Once paid in full, you own the final websites, apps, software, designs and content we create specifically for you. We keep ownership of our pre-existing tools, code libraries, templates and know-how, and grant you a license to use them as part of your deliverables.

Unless you ask us not to, we may mention you as a client and show completed work in our portfolio.

09Third-party platforms and software

Our work often relies on third-party platforms such as WordPress, hosting providers, app stores, Google and Meta. Your use of those platforms is subject to their own terms, and we are not responsible for their outages, policy changes or decisions such as ad disapprovals or app store rejections.

10Using our website

You may use our website for lawful purposes only. You may not attempt to disrupt it, gain unauthorized access, scrape it for commercial purposes, or copy its content and design without permission. All website content is owned by Tech Engineers Group unless stated otherwise.

11Disclaimers

Our website and its content are provided "as is" for general information. We work to keep it accurate and up to date but make no warranty that it is complete, error-free or always available.

12Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Tech Engineers Group is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, including lost profits or data. Our total liability for any claim relating to our services is limited to the fees you paid us for the service in question during the three months before the claim arose.

13Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York. Any dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts located in New York, and both parties agree to that jurisdiction.

14Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date shows the latest version. Changes do not affect projects already agreed in a signed proposal.
